Entertainment Pathways is for participants who light up in front of a microphone or camera — or want to. It focuses on on-camera confidence, performance basics, and entertainment-related skills in a supportive environment.
Core Components
On-Camera Performance
- Reading from a teleprompter
- Practicing short intros, outros, and segments
- Simple acting scenes or role-play
Music Appreciation & Vocal Training
- Basic song writing and recording
- Karoke and voice recording
- Character voices
- Podcast-style conversations
Fandom & Media Literacy
- Discussing favorite movies, shows, or streamers
- Learning about actors with disabilities and representation
- Turning fandom into creative projects (reviews, reaction videos, “top 5” lists)
Portfolio Building
- Taking simple headshots
- Collecting short clips into a “mini reel”
- Helping families understand how to store and share these safely
